History
The Jaffa Biscuit Company founded in Serbian town Crvenka in 1975.

In 1976, the company began manufacturing Jaffa Biscuits at full factory capacity and by 1981 the regular production assortment also included Munchmallow.

A new manufacturing facility with an area of 12 000 m2 was developed during 2006. A modern production workshop, a laboratory, warehouse spaces housing raw materials and packaging, as well as manufactured products were built on this facility along with workshops and offices. Two new modern production engines, APV and Cavanna, were installed in the same year.

During the past decade "Jaffa" expanded its assortment to include a wholegrain biscuit O'Cake, Tea Cookies, Home Cookies and a traditional butter biscuit Petit Beurre along with a non-fat (lent) variant - Polo Biscuit.

In 2007, following consumer and market demands, Jaffa launched a mini version of its biggest brand - Jaffa Cakes.

In October 2007 Jaffa Crvenka began building its most up-to-date production line for wafer making.

In January 2008 Jaffa presented a new variety of salty products: the famous crispy Tak Cracker and under the same brand name Tak Ribice - salty, crispy fish-shaped snacks.

During 2008 Jaffa launched a wafer product called Jaffolitanke made with high quality chocolate cream, with and without chocolate topping. Soon after, these were followed by Jaffo Duo, wafers with two kinds of filling - chocolate and milk.

In 2009 Jaffa Crvenka introduced new flavors of "Jaffa cakes" to the market: lemon and cherry. The all-time favorite Munchmallow was enriched with new flavors as well - Mini Munchmallow Strawberry and Mini Munchmallow Banana.

Over the past 3 years Jaffa expanded the portfolio of products with Jaffa Napolitanke, wafers in 8 different tastes, and the wholegrain biscuit O'cake was joined by O'Cake Hazelnut, Raisins, O'Cake with Orange & Dark Chocolate and O'cake croccante.

For people with special requirements, Jaffa came up with Petit Choco, delicious biscuit with dark chocolate.
